Compassion

“But when Lot hesitated, the men grabbed his hand and the hands of his wife and his two daughters. And they led them safely out of the city, because of the LORD’s compassion for them.”

“When she opened it, she saw the child, and behold, the little boy was crying. So she had compassion on him and said, “This is one of the Hebrew children.””

““I will cause all My goodness to pass before you,” the LORD replied, “and I will proclaim My name—the LORD—in your presence. I will have mercy on whom I have mercy, and I will have compassion on whom I have compassion.””

“Nothing devoted to destruction shall cling to your hands, so that the LORD will turn from His fierce anger, grant you mercy, show you compassion, and multiply you as He swore to your fathers,”

“then He will restore you from captivity and have compassion on you and gather you from all the nations to which the LORD your God has scattered you.”

“For the LORD will vindicate His people and have compassion on His servants when He sees that their strength is gone and no one remains, slave or free.”
