Ezekiel

“In the thirtieth year, on the fifth day of the fourth month, while I was among the exiles by the River Kebar, the heavens opened and I saw visions of God.”

“And you, son of man, they will tie with ropes, and you will be bound so that you cannot go out among the people.”

“Then the cherubim, with the wheels beside them, spread their wings, and the glory of the God of Israel was above them.”

““Son of man,” He said to me, “now lift up your eyes to the north.” So I lifted up my eyes to the north, and in the entrance north of the Altar Gate I saw this idol of jealousy.”

““Son of man,” He said to me, “do you see what they are doing—the great abominations that the house of Israel is committing—to drive Me far from My sanctuary? Yet you will see even greater abominations.””

“But as for Me, I will not look on them with pity, nor will I spare them. I will bring their deeds down upon their own heads.””

“The hand of the LORD was upon me, and He brought me out by His Spirit and set me down in the middle of the valley, and it was full of bones.”

“Then the man brought me back to the entrance of the temple, and I saw water flowing from under the threshold of the temple toward the east (for the temple faced east). The water was coming down from under the south side of the temple, south of the altar.”
