Indictments

“And the two scoundrels came in and sat opposite Naboth, and these men testified against him before the people, saying, “Naboth has cursed both God and the king!” So they took him outside the city and stoned him to death.”

“Then they told the king, “Daniel, one of the exiles from Judah, shows no regard for you, O king, or for the decree that you have signed. He still makes his petition three times a day.””

“and declared, “This man said, ‘I am able to destroy the temple of God and rebuild it in three days.’””

““We heard Him say, ‘I will destroy this man-made temple, and in three days I will build another that is made without hands.’””

“But Jesus remained silent. Then the high priest said to Him, “I charge You under oath by the living God: Tell us if You are the Christ, the Son of God.””
