Abdi

Abdi (meaning my servant) is the name of three men in the Old Testament: (1.) A Levite ancestor of the musician Ethan appointed by David (1 Chronicles 6:44). (2.) A Levite who assisted in the temple cleansing under Hezekiah (2 Chronicles 29:12). (3.) A member of the clan of Elam who had married a foreign wife during the time of Ezra (Ezra 10:26).
