Beeri

Beeri (meaning my well or man of the well) is the name of two men in the Old Testament. (1.) A Hittite, the father of Judith, one of the wives Esau took at the age of forty—marriages that brought grief to his parents Isaac and Rebekah (Genesis 26:34; 36:2). (2.) The father of the prophet Hosea (Hosea 1:1), about whom nothing else is recorded.
