Hephzibah

Hephzibah (meaning my delight is in her) appears in two contexts. (1.) The wife of King Hezekiah of Judah and mother of his son Manasseh, who succeeded him on the throne (2 Kings 21:1). She is one of the few queens of Judah mentioned by name in the regnal records. (2.) A symbolic name given to Zion in Isaiah's prophecy of eschatological restoration: "Thou shalt no more be termed Forsaken; neither shall thy land any more be termed Desolate: but thou shalt be called Hephzibah, and thy land Beulah: for the LORD delighteth in thee" (Isa. 62:4). The name thus expresses God's delight in his renewed people and land, the reversal of the desolation of exile.
