Hezro

Hezro (also spelled Hezrai) was a Carmelite — from Carmel in the Judean hill country — who was one of David's thirty mighty men (2 Sam. 23:35; 1 Chr. 11:37). He is listed in the elite corps of warriors who served David with extraordinary valor. Beyond this inclusion in the roster of the Thirty, no individual exploits are recorded for Hezro in the biblical text.
