Jadon

Jadon the Meronothite was one of those who helped Nehemiah repair the walls of Jerusalem after the return from exile, working on the section opposite the broad wall (Neh. 3:7). He is listed alongside Melatiah the Gibeonite. The Meronothites were inhabitants of Meronoth, a place in Benjamin or Judah. Beyond this one mention in the wall-repair register, nothing else is known of Jadon from Scripture.
