Jagur (meaning husbandman; stranger) was a town in the extreme south of Judah, near the Edomite border, listed among the southern cities allotted to Judah in Joshua 15:21. It is grouped with Kabzeel and Eder in the Negev district. The site has not been positively identified in modern surveys. It appears only in this boundary and city list and plays no further role in the biblical narrative.
