Jeiel

Jeiel is the name of several minor figures in Chronicles, including a Levite musician appointed by David to play the harp before the ark (1 Chronicles 16:5), a Levite of the sons of Asaph who participated in the temple cleansing under Hezekiah (2 Chronicles 29:13), and a military secretary under King Uzziah who kept records of the army (2 Chronicles 26:11). The ancestor of King Saul named Jeiel (or Abiel) is also mentioned in 1 Chronicles 9:35 and 8:29.

The name (related to a root meaning "God carries away" or "God heaps up") was common enough to belong to many unrelated individuals.
