Joah

Joah (meaning: fraternity; brother of the Lord) is the name of several men in the Old Testament. The most prominent was the son of Obed-edom, a gatekeeper appointed to the tabernacle in David's time. Another Joah was among the Levites in Hezekiah's time who helped purify the temple, and a third served as royal recorder under King Hezekiah and was part of the delegation that met the Assyrian field commander Rabshakeh at the conduit of the upper pool.

The name's occurrence across multiple periods reflects its common usage in Levitical and royal administrative circles in ancient Judah.
