Meshullemeth
Person
Meshullemeth was the daughter of Haruz of Jotbah and the wife of King Manasseh of Judah, making her the mother of King Amon (2 Kings 21:19). She appears only in the regnal formula introducing Amon's reign. Her name is the feminine form of Meshullam, meaning peaceable. As the queen mother during Amon's two-year reign, she would have held the honored title of gebirah (great lady) at the Judahite court.
