Michaiah

Michaiah is a variant spelling of Micaiah, meaning who is like God? It appears as the name of several minor figures: a Levite sent by Jehoshaphat to teach the law in the cities of Judah (2 Chronicles 17:7); the daughter of Uriel of Gibeah, who was the mother of King Abijah of Judah (2 Chronicles 13:2); and a priest who participated in Nehemiah's dedication of the Jerusalem wall (Nehemiah 12:41–42). The variant spelling reflects standard orthographic variation in Hebrew name transmission.
