Naarath

Naarath was a town on the southern border of Ephraim, mentioned in Joshua 16:7 as a boundary marker in the territorial allotment for that tribe. It is likely the same place as Naaran in 1 Chronicles 7:28, lying in the Jordan valley region east of Bethel. Its exact site has not been definitively identified.
