Naharai

Naharai the Beerothite was the armor-bearer of Joab, commander of David's army, and one of the thirty elite warriors known as David's mighty men (2 Sam. 23:37; 1 Chr. 11:39). The role of armor-bearer was one of trusted personal service and combat proximity to the commander. Nothing further is recorded of Naharai beyond his inclusion in this honored list.
