Naphtuhim

Naphtuhim was a son of Mizraim (Egypt) in the table of nations, representing one of the peoples descended from Ham through the Egyptian branch (Gen. 10:13; 1 Chr. 1:11). The Naphtuhim are generally identified with a North African or Delta people of Egypt, possibly the inhabitants of the central Delta region, though the precise identification remains uncertain. Like the other sons of Mizraim they represent tribal or ethnic groups of the ancient Near Eastern world.
