Nibshan

Nibshan (meaning prophecy or growing of a tooth) was a town in the wilderness of Judah, listed in Joshua 15:62 among the cities in the desert district near the Dead Sea. It lay in the desolate region between the hill country of Judah and the western shore of the Dead Sea. Its precise identification is uncertain, though it may be in the area of Khirbet el-Maqari. No narrative events are associated with it in Scripture.
