Omar

Omar (meaning he that speaks or eloquent) was the second son of Eliphaz the firstborn of Esau (Genesis 36:11; 1 Chronicles 1:36), and thus a grandson of Esau and one of the chiefs of Edom (Genesis 36:15). He is listed among the Edomite chiefs — the dukes of Esau — whose names became the names of Edomite clans or districts. The exact territory associated with the clan of Omar is unknown; he appears only in these genealogical and administrative lists.
