Ophni

Ophni (meaning wearisomeness or folding together) was a town in the territory of Benjamin listed in Joshua 18:24 among the cities allotted to that tribe. It is mentioned only here and has not been positively identified, though several sites in the Benjaminite hill country north of Jerusalem have been proposed. Ophni is one of several obscure Benjaminite towns known only from this administrative list.
