Oren

Oren (meaning a pine tree or cedar, cognate with Arabic aran) was a son of Jerahmeel, listed in the genealogy of the tribe of Judah in 1 Chronicles 2:25. He is one of Jerahmeel's sons by his first wife, alongside Ram, Bunah, Ahijah, and Onam. Oren appears only in this genealogical notice; no deeds, descendants, or associations are recorded for him.
