Peulthai

Peulthai (meaning: my works) was the eighth son of Obed-edom, a Levite gatekeeper appointed by David to serve at the ark and later at the tabernacle and temple. The family of Obed-edom was renowned for its blessing — the ark had brought prosperity to his household during its three months there — and his sons were similarly blessed with great ability. Peulthai is listed among the sixty-two descendants of Obed-edom who served as gatekeepers and temple officials.
