Rei

Rei (meaning my shepherd or my friend) was one of David's loyal supporters who did not side with Adonijah when Adonijah attempted to seize the throne before David's death (1 Kings 1:8). He is listed alongside Benaiah, the mighty men, Zadok, and Nathan as those who supported the succession of Solomon.
