Rissah

Rissah (meaning watering, distillation, or dew) was a station in Israel's wilderness itinerary, listed in Numbers 33:21–22 between Libnah and Kehelathah. It was one of the many encampment sites during the forty years of wandering between Egypt and Canaan. Its precise location in the Sinai peninsula has not been determined. The name may suggest a place where water was found or dew collected, which would make it a significant landmark in an arid landscape.
