Zabdiel

Zabdiel is the name of two biblical individuals. (1.) The father of Jashobeam, David's chief military officer for the first month (1 Chronicles 27:2). (2.) A leading priest who returned to Jerusalem after the exile; his son Jehoel was the father of 128 mighty men of valor (Nehemiah 11:14). The name means my gift is God or God has endowed.
