Zemira

Zemira was a son of Becher, grandson of Benjamin, listed in the tribal genealogy of Benjamin in 1 Chronicles 7:8. He appears among the sons of Becher alongside eight other brothers. The Bicherites (sons of Becher) were a branch of the tribe of Benjamin numbered among the men of valor in their genealogy (1 Chronicles 7:9). Zemira appears only in this genealogical list and plays no further role in the biblical narrative. The name may mean song or vine.
